EOP&S offers special services to educationally disadvantaged students, including:

CARE
CARE provides educational support services designed for the academically under-prepared,
low income, single parent population. Grants and allowances for education-related
expenses are available, as well as:
- CARE Student Conference
- Child-care assistance and referrals

- Referrals to campus and community services
- Special counseling and advisement
- Textbooks and supplies
CalWORKs
CalWORKs provides education, training and supportive services to students on public assistance,
including:

- Job placement services/college work study
- Child-care vouchers
- Work experience
- Employment preparation workshops

NextUp
NextUp supports the educational journey of current and former foster youth on our campus.
DREAMers Scholars
DREAMers Scholars is designed to improve student success and help to successfully transition undocumented
students, DACA students and those from mixed status families into college.
The program provides:

- Community resources
